Power Boxing & Power Kickboxing
This ain't your momma's cardio boxing class. We are here to hit hard and hit fast. In this class, you'll learn basic punches and basic kicks and you get to practice those punches with a partner holding focus mitts and kick pads. Get ready to train like a boxer and get ready to sweat and get ready to be pushed to your limits. Prepare to do a minimum of 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups and countless number of squats. This class is open to all fitness levels. Let's get ready to rumblllllllllllllle!
