Breath and movement educator Robert Litman of the Breathable Body will be in Mountain View to present a free lecture on "Respiratory Wellness - The Buteyko Breathing Method" at the East West Bookshop, 324 Castro Street in Mountain View July 19 from 7:30-9 PM. The presentation covers a proven, safe and effective way to treat asthma and other breathing disorders.
It includes education on “how breathing works” and experiential exercises to restore effortless symptom-free breathing. Breathing is one of the most important therapeutic tools we have and Litman will help attendees access the simple power of breathing and use it to make life more nourishing, more comfortable, and more breathable.
