Tai Chi

Learn the gentle circular movements of Chen Style Tai Chi in this 8-weeks series. Class will focus on slow gentle movements that build strength and increase focus and relaxation. You will learn three basic “forms” to practice – warm-ups known as “Silk Reeling”, Chen 19 (19 sets of movements that flow as one continuous sequence that you can do in 7 minutes or less, and finally Chen Lao Jian form, an older traditional form consisting of 75 movement sets that can flow for 12 minutes.
