The Real Barre is a ballet barre work out that will sculpt and tone long lean muscles, flatten your tummy, strengthen your core, stretch those tight muscles, reduce stress, improve your posture and transform your body. Unlike other barre class that uses weights and props with the emphasis on pilates, The Real Barre includes basic ballet dance elements that will focus on using the barre and just your own body to create a dancer body and a stronger posture.
