Awaken your small muscle groups! This class will challenge your smaller muscle groups by adding resistance and making the body to rely on its balance. Moves are developed to strengthen the smaller muscle groups so that they can pull in the larger muscles – which results in a lean figure that is not bulky. High repetitions done slow and smooth, or fast with short bursts, achieve a toned and defined body in no time!
