Layton Construction Names Bob Maxwell Exec VP Business Dev

Bob Maxwell joins Layton Construction as the Executive Vice President for Business Development.

David S. Layton, President and CEO of Layton Construction, announced today that Bob Maxwell has joined the company as Executive Vice President for Business Development. Maxwell formerly served as a Partner and Senior Vice President for Business Development at Level 10 Construction, headquartered in Silicon Valley.

Layton Construction, one of the largest general contractors in the U.S., has completed projects in 40 states and has offices in Irvine, San Jose, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Boise, Orlando, Nashville, and two offices in Hawaii, located in Honolulu and Lihue. Layton Construction currently works extensively in the areas of healthcare, hospitality, retail, entertainment, warehouse and distribution and commercial offices.

Maxwell will use his expertise and experience to expand opportunities for Layton Construction within California, growing the Northern California region as well as focusing on Southern California and the Los Angeles/Irvine/San Diego area.
