There also will be home and garden exhibits, health and wellness displays, and children’s activities.
The NASA Mars Rover Curiosity exhibit will be a centerpiece in a special kid’s park area which will also include bungee jumping, hands-on art booths, and a 24-foot climbing wall from Mobile Rock. Kids also will have a chance to enjoy hula hooping, try feather hair extensions, and participate in fossil digs. The area also will include Kids Kopters, Uproar and Dixieland Twister carnival rides. Music dance, games and prizes with the Radio Disney Road Crew round out children’s activities.
The annual festival started in 1971 as a fundraiser for the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce. Today, it is the chamber’s largest fundraiser and is one of the largest festivals of its type in the United States.
Festival admission is free. For details, visit the Art & Wine Festival website or call the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce at 650-968-8378.
