Mountain View Police Officer Hit By Car, Injured During Fraud Investigation
The incident was Wednesday night.

A Mountain View police officer was reportedly injured Wednesday night after the officer was struck by a suspect’s vehicle. Police said the officer was struck while responding to a “fraud attempt” and was transported to the hospital with minor injuries that were not life threatening.
The suspects in the incident were detained, police said.
Police said the officer was struck while he was responding to a fraud investigation in the parking lot of 1040 Grant Road.
