Mountain View Power Outage Caused By Damaged Pole: PG&E
More than 450 customers were without power for over seven hours Thursday.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA — UPDATED: Power was restored at 5:24 p.m. Thursday to hundreds affected by a Mountain View outage, according to Pacific Gas & Electric. The outage began at 9:57 a.m. and left 467 customers without power.
Crews determined the outage was caused by a damaged power pole, PG&E officials said.
The utility company initially estimated power would be restored by about 2:45 p.m. to those in the affected area — near U.S. Highway 101 and Old Middlefield Way.
