Mountain View Transient Arrested For Indecent Exposure: Police

BREAKING: Police arrested the man after incidents reported along Stevens Creek Trail and believe he may have victimized others.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA — Mountain View police believe a transient who was arrested last week for allegedly exposing himself to passers-by along the Stevens Creek Trail may have victimized others. Jesus Santos Bastidas, 30, was taken into custody Thursday, Dec. 14 after the alleged indecent exposure incidents, which were reported at about 1:30 that afternoon near Middlefield Road, police said in a statement Monday.

Officers responded and quickly located Bastidas in the 300 block of East Street near the trail, police said.

Coincidentally, according to police, Bastidas matched the description of the suspect in a Dec. 9 incident in which a female reported that a man had sexually battered her and later exposed himself to her.
