    • Coordinate appointment requests for clients over the phone and in person to discuss immigration services as well as assessing documentation of visitors to determinate eligibility of services

    • Coordinate international applicants and refugees inquiring and advocate for their immigration application with USCIS as well as assist in identifying, researching grant opportunities and grant application.

  • Supervise in department administrative duties, including tracking data, support in fee management, coordination of schedules and utilizing internal systems to prepare immigration forms

  • Coordinate and process monthly development and administrative reports such as applicant´s success ratios

  • Transmit all communications to the Bureau of Immigration Appeals Accredited Representative to conduct all audits on G-28, N-400, travel documents, fiancé and family petitions and I-485 Green card application forms as well as to notify clients of USCIS interviews.

  • Provide follow-up to determine progress and identify additional immigration needs.
