Michael Fletcher began his career at the Northrop Corporation working on various programs such as the B-2 bomber (engineering and flight test) and advanced design concepts. In 1990 he left Northrop for NASA Ames where he has remained for twenty five years. He is currently a program manager for an aeronautics research program that has an annual budget of approximately $20M and 60 full time project and research engineers across three NASA Centers.
