My name is Clint Blakely and I’m a product of Mountain View High School's performing arts departments, where I fell in love with music singing with the Madrigals. I hold a BA in Jazz Voice from USC's Thornton School of Music. I've played &amp; sung music around the world – Los Angeles bars &amp; clubs, Amsterdam concert halls, Rio de Janeiro churches... I love teaching lessons over Zoom! For the past 5 years, I’ve taught students all over the world whose ages range from 4 years old to 60+. My students have a wide variety of skill levels, from complete beginners to 10+ years of prior study. In my lessons, I combine technical instruction and creative exercises within a fun, encouraging atmosphere. Join Environmental Volunteers in celebrating the opening of the newest EcoCenter Art Gallery exhibit "POPs in the Baylands: A Group Exhibition by Peninsula Outdoor Painters" on Saturday, June 25 from 1:00-3:00 pm at the Environmental Volunteers' EcoCenter (2560 Embarcadero Road, Palo Alto).The Peninsula Outdoor Painters (POPs) capture the beauty of the San Francisco peninsula through oils, watercolors, and pastels. Since 1977 POPs has met outdoors (en plein air) to paint coastlines, mountainscapes, and woods. For this exhibition, twenty-one POPs artists visited the Palo Alto Baylands for inspiration. Works are available for sale with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Environmental Volunteers.Please join us for an afternoon of art and refreshments in the beautiful Palo Alto Baylands!
