Recognize Him? He's Wanted For Allegedly Exposing Himself To Peninsula Dog Walker

PALO ALTO, CA – Police released a sketch today depicting a man wanted for exposing himself to a dog walker Wednesday afternoon in Palo Alto, along with a photograph of the possible suspect's vehicle.

Officers were alerted to the indecent exposure incident that occurred in the 2400 block of Louis Road shortly after noon, police said.

A woman in her 20s was walking her dog north on Louis Road near Oregon Expressway when a driver pulled up next to her and stopped, according to police.

She continued walking but the driver caught up with her, parked near her for a second time and asked for directions to the freeway. The woman then saw the driver was masturbating and his penis was exposed, police said.

She was able to take a photo of the man's car as he made a U-turn and headed south on Louis Road, police said.

The suspect was described as a light-skinned black or biracial man in his late 20s to mid-30s with a slim build. He had groomed facial hair and possibly had a goatee, police said.

He wore a gray, zip-up hooded sweatshirt, dark beanie and white in-ear headphones in his ears, according to police.

The suspect's vehicle was an older-model, four-door maroon Mazda sedan with a spoiler, police said.

There have been no incidents reported recently in the city of a similar suspect or vehicle, according to police.
