Register Now for the Spring Forward 10K and 5K

Are you ready to rev-up your fitness routine? The 2nd Annual Spring Forward 10K Run & 5K Run/Walk, is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, headquartered at the Microsoft Campus, in Mountain View.

Both the 5K and 10K courses are flat and scenic, giving runners lovely views of the Bay.

The courses start on the road and eventually go onto the dirt trail that runs through Shoreline Park and circle back to end on pavement at the Microsoft Campus. The Children’s Race is a one-mile out-and-back course.

Baby joggers are allowed.

No dogs are allowed due to Shoreline Park regulations.

Adult registration includes a commemorative race Tech shirt, bib, and timing chip. Children’s registration includes a T-shirt, bib, and a finisher’s ribbon.

Free photos and refreshments will be offered to all after the race.

Registration is already underway--the 5K and 10K pre-registration fees are $40, and the Children’s Race is $15. Groups of 10 or more, who register together, can get $5 off each entry. Phone (408) 325-5248 for the group rate.
