Shoreline Athletic Fields Grand Opening & Dedication

The City of Mountain View invites you to attend the Grand Opening and Dedication of the Shoreline Athletic Fields on Saturday, November 14, 2015 from 10:00am-12:00pm. The event includes the dedication ceremony followed by a reception, children’s activities, and food trucks. The fields will be open for league play at the conclusion of the event.

The Shoreline Athletic Fields are multi-purpose, synthetic turf fields which will accommodate baseball, softball, and soccer. The facility includes a concession/restroom/storage building, lighting for night games, a play area, batting cages, and parking. A portion of the site is set aside as wildlife habitat. The City looks forward to programming the fields with Youth Sports Organization games and practices and Adult Sports Leagues.

Have gently-used sports equipment that you no longer need? Donations will be accepted of gently-used equipment that will be donated to Community Youth Organizations at this event.
