MURRIETA, CA — Three months after the Tenaja Fire scorched nearly 2,000 acres near Murrieta, life is making a recovery in the burn zone.
Patch reader Jim Aanderud shared a series of photos taken recently in the scarred area, showing bushes and shrubs sprouting from the blackened trees and the ash-covered ground.
