"Tricon Winchester transforms an underutilized site in the Inland Empire into much-needed housing for families," a spokesperson for the development shared in a news release.
"As the U.S. faces an estimated 4-5 million home shortfall, the community addresses the demand for attainable, high-quality housing solutions. Tricon Winchester was designed to meet that need for families seeking single-family living close to good schools, jobs, and everyday services. Tricon has opened eight new BTR communities in California, contributing to a nationwide pipeline of over 2,600 homes delivered or under development."
Schools identified for the neighborhood are the Winchester Elementary School, Rancho Viejo Middle School and Tahquitz High School.

At the grand opening, local dignitaries will be on hand to discuss the project, including Andy Carmody, Senior Managing Director at Tricon Residential, David O’Neill, Managing Director at Blackstone Real Estate, Andrew Murphy, President of Foremost Pacific Group, as well as representatives from the Office of Supervisor Chuck Washington, Office of Senator Kelly Seyarto, and the Office of Assemblymember Jeff Gonzalez.
