2 Women Pinned Under Pickup Truck In RivCo DUI Crash

Officials received several 911 calls of a traffic crash involving six pedestrians, including two women who were pinned under a vehicle.

HEMET, CA — Two women were pinned under a vehicle after a crash in Hemet, authorities reported Sunday.

Officials received several 911 calls of a traffic crash involving six pedestrians, including two women who were pinned under a vehicle on Saturday at around 10:55 p.m.

Arriving police officers located a car jack to lift a pick-up truck from the women pinned under it.

All six victims were taken to a hospital. According to the Hemet Police Department, their injuries range from moderate to significant, but they are all expected to survive.

The driver of the other vehicle was located at the scene and arrested on suspicion of multiple charges including driving under the influence.
