MURRIETA, CA — The city of Murrieta's free summer concerts continue to be a huge draw for residents and fans of outdoor music in Southwest Riverside County, but the one big ask has been "Can you add a beer garden?"
The city conferred, and joined by 8 Bit Brewing, the Murrieta-based brewing company, the answer is finally "Yes."
"When we asked what you wanted to see at Concerts in the Park, one answer came up again and again...a beer garden!" a city spokesperson said. "Enjoy craft beer from 8 bit Brewing, and enjoy the concert from a designated Beer Garden area."
Food vendors will still be available, and outside food is welcome.
There will be some important details for this area, they said. The beer garden is for those 21 and up with a valid ID. The shows where the beer garden will appear are on Aug. 15, Aug. 22 and Aug. 29.
