MENIFEE, CA — Pet owners and local families can show off their four-legged friends in costume next month during the 11th annual Dog Daze Canine Festival & Costume Contest, organizers announced Monday.
Hosted by the Valley-Wide Recreation and Park District, the free community event will run from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at Aldergate Dog Park, located at 28688 Aldergate Drive in Menifee.
The festival will feature local vendors, raffles, and various contests, highlighted by a popular pet costume contest. Trophies will be awarded across five categories: Cutest, Scariest, Best, Judges' Choice, and Best Human/Pet combination.
