Annual K-9 Trials Return To Murrieta With Special Public Date
The free public date is a chance for attendees to see police dogs and their partners in action and take part in a safety fair.

JAN. 11, 2022 UPDATE: The Murrieta Police Department is rescheduling its 2022 K-9 trials to a later date, it was announced. No new date has been set.
MURRIETA, CA — The annual Murrieta Police Department K-9 trials are scheduled to return in 2022 with a special date for the public.
The event, which has traditionally brought police and sheriff departments from across the region, as well as Mexico and out-of-state, will be held at Murrieta Mesa High School, February 18-19.

February 18 will be open to law enforcement only, while February 19 will be open to the public and is free, with gates opening at 11 a.m. The event is slated to run until about 4 p.m.

According to organizers, 2022 marks the fifth year of holding the annual trials.
