Anti-Bully Spaghetti Cook Off a Great Success
Anti-Bully Is a full campus event at River Springs Murrieta

The first annual Olweus Bullying Prevention Program Kickoff Event and Spaghetti Cook Off was hosted by the Olweus Bullying Prevention Committee and spearheaded by teachers Tiffiny Aery, Sandra Griffin, Susie Wines and Jennifer Rodriguez. It was successfully held on October 6th at River Springs Charter School in Murrieta. Families, Staff and Friends were all welcomed and enjoyed a variety of delicious homemade spaghetti and pasta dishes. Parents, students and staff were encouraged to sign up for our first ever spaghetti cook-off, where first, second, and third place winners received prizes! The Anti-Bully Chant Off competition had teams. Each academy had their 4th through 8th grade students create chants and teach them to the TK through 3rd grade students. They were performed by all of the programs and judged by Murrieta Fire Captain, Mike Ramos. It was a tough call but, DaVinci Academy won!
