Attention Graduating High School Seniors in the Murrieta/Temecula Area
Scholarships available to graduating seniors in Temecula and Murrieta Valley
You have an opportunity to apply for a scholarship sponsored by the Temecula Valley Genealogical Society. This is the third year TVGS has offered a scholarship. This year's winner will receive $750 to help pay expenses for the next phase of their education.
The topic for this year's essay is "Golden Memories". Talk with a senior member(s) of your family; learn of what changes, events, social/cultural behaviors have happened in their lifetime. Then write a 500 - 1250 word essay describing their experiences/memories. A full description of the rules appears on the TVGS webpage - http://tvgs.net/cpge.php?pt=12. Essays are due by midnight April 10, 2016.
