Average Price of Inland Empire Gas Now Just $2.95
Prices continue to fall thanks to extra supply.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire Wednesday recorded its largest daily decrease since Nov. 8, 2012, dropping 2.1 cents to $2.953, its lowest amount since Oct. 2, 2010.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has dropped 66 of the past 68 days, decreasing 70.9 cents over that span, including 1 cent on Tuesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is 8.8 cents less than one week ago, 24.5 cents lower than one month ago and 65.6 cents below what it was one year ago.

The dropping gas prices are the result of sufficient gasoline supplies, lower crude oil prices and the typical early December lowered demand, according to Jeffrey Spring, the corporate communications manager of the Automobile Club of Southern California.
