Average Price of Murrieta Area Gas Drops– Slightly.
Prices are still higher than they were a month ago, but lower than this time last year, AAA reports.

RIVERSIDE, CA - A seven-day streak of increases ended Friday when the average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped two-tenths of a cent to $2.717.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties rose 4.6 cents over the previous seven days, including one-tenth of a cent on Thursday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is 4.2 cents more than one week ago and 12.5 cents higher than one month ago but 50 cents less than one year ago.
