Goudeau Creole

We are a husband and wife team featuring authentic creole themed fried chicken, a recipe we’ve been working on since we moved to Murrieta 30 years ago. We have a fried chicken sandwich with remoulade, a traditional, creole condiment, we also have chicken nuggets and our specialty, chicken wings. We also feature our homemade sides of baked macaroni and cheese and potato salad. We have lived in Marietta for 30 years, we love our city And it’s time for us to give back. We raised our three children here, Joshua, Brittney and Joe and Tammy has retired from the Murrieta Valley school district after years of teaching and then becoming a principal. Mark has been a self-employed audio video enthusiast and is the second oldest audio video company in the valley. We love our town Murrieta, have served it faithfully for 30 years and now we present our very best to the greater Murrieta/Temecula Valley.

We have developed our own little family & friends following over the years and are now starting to do the same at the Foodie Friday event in Menifee. Those who know Mark (also known as Pop to a few), know that “fried chicken with a kick” and all have fallen in love with it; it never disappoints!
We will soon be popping up for delivery in the Temecula area with plans to also offer pick up, delivery and possible dine in from our home in French Valley… that all depends on how warmly we are received by our community… maybe even a restaurant? You will let us know.
