Lin’s Grand Buffet, the largest buffet chain in the Southwestern United States, is bringing its unmatched dining experience to California with the grand opening of its newest location in Murrieta. Soft opening on Thursday May 1st and the grand opening set for May 24, 2025, the grand opening celebration will introduce guests to Lin’s vast selection of Asian-inspired cuisine, fresh seafood, and international dishes—all served in a spacious, inviting atmosphere.
Known for its extensive menu, Lin’s Grand Buffet offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience featuring hundreds of freshly prepared dishes, live cooking stations, and a diverse range of flavors that cater to every palate. With locations spanning across Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico, the Murrieta opening marks Lin’s first venture into California, solidifying its status as the largest buffet in the region in terms of size, variety, and location footprint. The new Murrieta location spans 11,538 square feet and offers seating for 346 guests, making it an ideal destination for families, large groups, and special events.
The opening of Lin’s Grand Buffet in California represents a significant milestone in the company's growth. To celebrate the grand opening, Lin’s Grand Buffet will offer special promotions and giveaways throughout the opening weekend, along with a traditional lion dance performance to welcome guests and bring good luck. Guests can indulge in an extraordinary selection of dishes, including fresh sushi, hibachi-grilled favorites, traditional Chinese and American classics, and an array of decadent desserts.
