Building A Foundation for a Brighter Future: Children's Lighthouse Learning Center Opens in Murrieta

Paving a path to academic success for young students, Children’s Lighthouse Learning Centers announces the opening of its new school in Murrieta. The new center offers high-quality educational childcare that helps stimulate intellectual development in a safe, warm and welcoming environment designed to bring out the best in children. The center is located at 23656 Clinton Keith Road (at Nutmeg), conveniently situated between the 215 and the 15 Freeways.
Millie Lee, owner of Murrieta’s new Children’s Lighthouse has a family history in education – her mother was a school principal for nearly 40 years. A mother, as well, with kids now grown and off to college, Lee can pursue her passion for childcare and education.
“Education has always been important to our family. Growing up, my mother always emphasized its value to me, and I conveyed that to my children too. It is an honor to bring a cutting edge school and educational programs to this wonderful community,” Lee said. “The unique, values-based learning that we provide at Children’s Lighthouse enriches children with lessons and skills that will last a lifetime.”

To celebrate their Grand Opening, the Murrieta Children’s Lighthouse team will host a free community-wide Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. the festival will feature appearances from memorable storybook characters and special performances from the cast of “Junie B. Jones –The Musical,” set to take the stage at the Old Town Temecula Theater this November. Plus local youth group dancers perform original choreography based on Children’s Lighthouse storybook themed event. Children are invited to participate in a costume contest, fall festival activities, crafts and games with great prizes. To kick-off the Grand Opening and 1st Annual Fall Festival Event, the Murrieta center will be giving away Kindergarten Readiness prize packs live, on-air at 101.3 FM “The Mix” during the week of Oct. 12 through 17. Lucky winners will receive Apple iPads, gift cards and a free month of Children’s Lighthouse programming for students enrolled in six months of childcare. California families have clearly taken to the warm and engaging environment Children’s Lighthouse offers. The Murrieta center is the second in California, and the 41st nationwide.

And, with Internet monitoring connection, parents can even watch their children from the comfort of their own home or while at work.
