Every day we come into contact with several people, experience many feelings and may pick up unwanted energies along the way.
Cleansing is a method used to regain and purify your personal space. Cleansing can be done at any time and as often as you like. It is helpful to become aware of your surroundings and monitor your feelings and thoughts for negative changes to your overall well-being. Waterfall Method
- Get settled in a comfortable space
- Relax and take three deep long breaths
- Feel yourself relaxing deeper as you breathe
- Imagine yourself standing under a waterfall
- Notice the color of the water
- It can be any color, a rainbow of colors or it can be clear and sparkling.
- Feel any bad or negative feelings, emotions or vibrations being washed away by the water.
- Feel the water pouring down as sparkling, bright and fresh.
- Imagine the sparkling color filling your body from the top of your head and filling you up starting at your toes all the way up to your head.
- Imagine there is so much bright light that it radiates outside of your body giving you a radiant glow.
Try this exercises for a week. Cleanse and protect twice a day at minimum. If you forget or miss days, try incorporating them into your routine. Review the week once it is over and notice any changes or differences in how you are affected by others and outside influences.
