Donors 16 and older can donate with signed parental consent. Drink plenty of water 3-5 days before donating. The donation process includes four easy steps:
1. Sign at registration.
2. Complete health history questionnaire which will include assessing vital signs and iron levels.

3. Donate 1 pint of blood. Blood is drawn using sterile, disposable materials.
