In this four week course we will teach you the basic fundamentals of decorating tools (don't know the difference between a coupler and a decorating comb??? well, you will after this course), cake preparation, as well as icing methods (No we don't mean how to put ice in your Martinis, but the best ways to apply and smooth icing on your cake). So by the time you finish this course you will have the knowledge to be able to decorate fantastic cakes that your family and friends will go crazy over.
