53 Student-nominated Murrieta Teachers to be Honored at 5th Annual Crystal Apple Awards. Three will receive Crystal Apple Award.
Students attending Murrieta public high schools that are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon) annually honor special teachers at the Crystal Apple awards which the students present.
Nominated are teachers that exemplify dedication to quality teaching and whom uphold and encourage students' moral values and high ethical standards. Three top teachers from Murrieta Valley, Vista Murrieta, and Murrieta Mesa high schools will receive special recognition, of which one from each school will receive the Crystal Apple award at the student-run event.
