Sushi Class at Murrieta Library

Making sushi can be easy and fun! A professional chef from One Sushi Restaurant will demonstrate how to make healthy and delicious sushi on Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. in the Murrieta Public Library’s Community Room. The program is geared for adults, ages 18 and above.

“Sushi has become an internationally adored food – because of its exquisite presentation and its great nutrition”, says Adult Services Librarian Laura Davis. “This program provides adults a great opportunity to gain an enviable culinary skill from an expert.” All ingredients and tools will be provided at this one-hour event, which is part of the Library’s Adult Summer Reading Program’s “Between the Covers”. In addition to learning a new talent, program participants will also have the opportunity to win a $25 gift card to One Sushi. Please come early – space is limited to ten participants. Free tickets are available in the Library’s foyer at 2:30 p.m.

This event is free and open to public. The Murrieta Public Library is located at 8 Town Square (Adams Avenue and Kalmia Street). For more information about the program call (951) 304-BOOK (2665) or visit the Library’s web site at www.murrietalibrary.info.
