How The Mastermind Works

Each Meet Up we will focus on a different business topic. Participants are welcome to shoot us an email with topic suggestions.

Our topics cover the three main functional areas of a business:

•  Marketing and Sales
•  Accounting and Finance
•  Customer Service

In addition, when needed we gladly address challenges in:

• Research and Development
• Human Resources
• Operations/Production
• Administration/IT Support

Each meeting you will leave with "real world" ideas you can apply to your business the same day.
