Whether you are a vegetarian or you simply want to make more healthful dietary choices this class is designed to give you the building blocks to a healthy lifestyle. You will learn to prepare more flavorful dishes using herbs, spices, and about substitutes for meat and dairy products. You will also learn how to incorporate them into your family's favorite recipes. Meals and drinks included.
