MURRIETA, CA — A Temecula Valley hot air balloon was the star attraction in a local neighborhood on Thursday morning when the operator made an emergency landing in the middle of a Murrieta street. It came to a rest in The Colony neighborhood, off Jackson Avenue, just before 8:30 a.m.
