I-15 Grass Fire Snarling Traffic: Commuter Alert in Riverside County!

MURRIETA, CA – A brush fire this afternoon along northbound Interstate 15 reportedly is causing traffic jams.

Fire crews are blocking the right lane before Interstate 215, according to reports.

One traffic web site reported delays of 43 minutes, advising motorists to turn back and use Highway 76.

"Stop and go traffic back to 76," TTWN San Diego‏ @TotalTrafficSD stated on Twitter at 5:15 p.m.
