Intermittent Closures on 215 Start Monday
On Monday through Thursday nights, one of the two lanes on northbound 215 between Murrieta Hot Springs and Scott roads will be closed from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following day.

Lanes of the Interstate 215 Freeway in Murrieta will be intermittently closed beginning Monday to make way for a Caltrans announced.
The partial closures will occur from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily through Thursday between Murrieta Hot Springs and Scott roads, according to the California Transportation Department.
On the southbound side, lane closures will be required each night from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning.
No detours will be required because one lane will be open in each direction.
On Friday, lane closures will be from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. Saturday morning on the northbound side and 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. on the southbound side.
Drivers were warned that the speed limit will be reduced to 55 mph during this time.
The project will add one lane to each direction on Interstate 215, creating three northbound and three southbound lanes within this six-mile section of freeway, officials said.
Construction began in spring 2011 and was expected to last about 16 months.
