MMA Amateur Team Tryouts

Dan Henderson's Athletic Fitness Center will be hosting its
semi-annual try outs for its amateur team on December 17th at 12 PM. This is a
free event open to all who dare to test their skills. This will be a
contest of striking, grappling, grit, determination, endurance, and
overall fitness. All applicants 18 and over are welcome to come and see
if you have what it takes to make the team and all are free to come and watch. At the end of the try outs
available spots will be offered to those who demonstrated necessary
skills to make the team.
Team Quest not only is the home of many of MMA's stars, it is also the site of an amateur team
which has been spawning the next MMA legends. Come join our UFC
fighters and coaches at this event to see if you have what it takes.
Please bring your gloves (boxing and mma), a mouth guard, shin guards, and
