Murrieta 2022 Election Results Are Final: Here's Who Officially Won
Murrieta City Councilmember Christi White lost her reelection bid, and two sitting MVUSD governing board members also were defeated.

MURRIETA, CA — Murrieta will see changes on its City Council and on the Murrieta Valley Unified School District governing board starting next year.
The changes are official after final certified results for Riverside County's Nov. 8, 2022, General Election were posted Thursday night by the Registrar of Voters, though recounts can still be requested through Tuesday.

Note: Murrieta Planning Commissioner Jon Levell was appointed in August to serve as councilmember for Murrieta City Council District 1. He will be sworn into office later this month to replace Jonathan Ingram who termed out this year. Ingram announced he will run for a Riverside County supervisor seat in 2024.
