Murrieta Hotel Gives $5K Grant To Linens N Love

MURRIETA, CA — Comfort Inn and Suites in Murrieta has provided a $5,000 grant to Linens N Love, a student-run nonprofit dedicated to helping animal shelters, women's homes and children's outreach centers, it was recently announced.

The money will be used to support the transportation and event costs of Linens N Love's 2020 Social Impact Bootcamp — a full-day leadership seminar that teaches student leaders in Southern California how to start and sustain their own successful community initiatives.

The local Comfort Inn and Suites is part of Choice Hotels International, Inc. The parent company awarded the Murrieta franchise the funding as part of the company's "Your Community. Your Choice. Choice Hotels Local Business Grant Program." The funding is designed to augment community initiatives.

In addition to the Murrieta location, four other Choice-branded hotels were selected from dozens of applications to each receive $5,000 to support local programs.
