Murrieta Library Hosts Local Romance Author Lia Fairchild At Afternoon Event

The Southern California writer will share her publishing journey and discuss her upcoming dark romance novel at the library on Tuesday.

MURRIETA, CA — Local author Lia Fairchild will speak at a special event on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Murrieta Public Library's Glass Lab, located at 8 Town Square Parkway, the Friends of the Murrieta Library announced.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from the Southern California writer about her career, her writing process, and her latest literary project. Fairchild is currently working on a dark romance novel for the HarperCollins imprint One More Chapter. The book is scheduled for release later this year.

During the upcoming library talk, Fairchild will discuss her publishing journey over the past 15 years as an author.

In that time, she has written over a dozen titles, including the "Bridges Brothers" series and standalone books such as "Protector," "Reckless Recluse," and "We Never Kissed." She'll discuss the themes of her romance novels that focus on slow-burn romance and women's fiction.
