Murrieta Outage Reported: Hundreds Lose Power [UPDATED]
More than 500 customers lost power on Tuesday morning.

MURRIETA, CA — A power outage in the Murrieta area affected more than 500 Southern California Edison customers on Tuesday morning, the utility company reports.
The outage started at 10:46 a.m. and impacted a total of 514 customers, according to a company representative. The cause of the outage was "failed underground equipment," the representative told Patch.
All customers had power restored by 12:12 p.m., the agency said.
