MURRIETA, CA — Murrieta's annual Veterans Day Parade is set for Nov. 11, and community leaders are encouraging the public to come out and show gratitude to our hometown heroes.
The 14th annual parade will begin at 10 a.m. on Washington Avenue accompanied by the National Anthem and a flyover, according to the city. It will end in Town Square Park with the Field of Honor.
"Mayor Randon Lane has chosen Murrieta’s Veterans Day Parade Grand Marshal, WWII Veteran and Pearl Harbor Survivor, Saul Anshen," according to a city press release. "We hope you will join us and line the streets with patriotism as we come together for our nation’s brave heroes."
