Quick Way to Find a Great Personal Trainer in Murrieta or Temecula

Cool fitness directory with hundreds of personal trainers in Temecula and Murrieta - with reviews and all the information you need.

If you're looking for a fitness trainer in Temecula or Murrieta, you should check out the Idea Fitness Connect Directory. With this directory, just plug in your local zip code and hundreds of listings will appear.

Local Temecula and Murrieta fitness trainers have profiles with ratings and descriptions of services, so all the information you need to choose the right personal trainer for you is in one place.

Idea Fit is a national company - probably the largest database of fitness trainers. And their highly functional website is full of top notch articles and health education opportunities as well. I was just on the directory and plugged in my zip code - 92563 - and got 419 listings for fitness trainers to choose from.

It was nice that each listing also let me know how far away particular personal trainer was from me, in miles. The trainers' profiles also come with links to their local website and some of them even have blogs on Idea Fit.

Here's a great post on fitness self-sabotage from an Idea Fit member (yours truly) about why we sabotage our fitness goals - and why someone like Jack Lalanne doesn't. It actually includes an excerpt from a Jack Lalanne interview I did - with a link to the full interview.

Cool site! Lots of info for locals and some excellent health and fitness content for an international audience as well. FYI I have no financial affiliation with Idea Fit. I am not a personal trainer, either:) I just like Idea Fit and wanted local Temecula and Murrieta folks to know about it.

Might come in handy, especially this time of year when everyone is looking to get in better shape.

Any personal trainers who aren't yet listed at Idea Fit might want to consider it, as it's a high traffic site with great marketing opportunities that may help you get more clients.

For my part, I take a more personal development oriented approach to fitness - developing a fitness mindset if you will. Check out a post pro basketball player Adam Kemp wrote about one of my mind-body guided meditations.

With a long history as a counselor and NLP professional, I believe our inner game is just as important to fitness. Get your mind right and the rest will fall into place! Then, you won't want to skip your personal trainer appointments!
