At-Risk RivCo Man, 60, Sought Across County: Have You Seen Andre?
The Riverside County Sheriff's Department is asking for your help in finding Andre Franklin, who was last seen on Monday.

HEMET, CA — Andre Franklin is missing, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department said as they released a Silver Alert to help find him.
The 60-year-old man, an at-risk Hemet resident, was last seen near Laursen Street and East Devonshire shortly before 12:45 p.m., they reported. California Highway Patrol has also activated a Silver Alert on Franklin's behalf across the county.
Franklin is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He is bald-headed, has brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, red sweatpants, and black and gray shoes.
"Anyone with information about Franklin's whereabouts is urged to call 911," the department said.
The Silver Alert program was established to coordinate alerts for unexplained or suspicious disappearances of the elderly, developmentally disabled, or cognitively impaired people.
