RivCo Man Arrested for Public Masturbation in O.C.: Police
A repeat offender was arrested on suspicion of masturbating in public.

A Hemet man was arrested in Orange County over the weekend after he was allegedly spotted masturbating in public.
Fountain Valley Police Officers say they responded to a call on Sunday after the man, identified as 31-year-old former Hemet resident William Bowyer, was seen masturbating in public.
"At approximately 7:30 a.m., Fountain Valley Police Officers were dispatched to the rear alley of 18500 Brookhrust Street in reference to a subject masturbating in public," Fountain Valley Chief of Police Daniel S. Llorens said.

Officers located the subject, who was lying on the ground in a sleeping bag, he said.
"Bowyer admitted to lewd behavior in public," he said.

A records check revealed that Bowyer had prior convictions for indecent exposure and disorderly conduct as well as soliciting lewd acts, police said. He was also probation.
"Bowyer was arrested on a probation hold, as well as indecent exposure, and booked into the Orange County Jail," Llorens said.
