It has been great to see all the soccer players in this month of October in their pink shirts, socks, jerseys, training shirts, hair bows, cleats and keeper gloves. These children may not know why they are wearing pink, but hopefully the people they wear it for are encouraged in their fight and/or recovery.
My 3 girls teams have all incorporated some sort of pink in their practice and game day attire and I have talked to all my girls why they wear pink and who they wear it for.
Keep wearing your pink kids and play hard!!
