MURRIETA, CA—Cal Fire and Riverside County Fire stations are collecting toys for the 2024 Spark of Love Toy Drive.

The Spark of Love is considered the largest toy drive in the nation. According to organizers and Cal Fire spokesperson Karina Espinoza, this is the 32nd year firefighters will collect toys and sporting equipment to distribute to charities across the county and the country.

"The boxes are out! Drop off a new or unused toy at your local fire station," Espinoza told Patch. "Each station will work with charities in their community to distribute the toys."

The last day to drop off toys is Christmas Eve, but Southwest Riverside County requests you deliver them by Dec. 23.

You can help brighten the holidays for underprivileged children by donating a new, unwrapped toy, ball, glove, or other sports equipment in the Spark of Love container at your local Fire Station.

These locations will be accepting toys until December 23rd.
